Custom Orders

This listing is for custom tumblers that have already been discussed and approved by both customer and owner. 

Please note that current TAT is 30 business days + shipping time (tumblers), 10 business days + shipping (pens & freshies). TAT begins the day after invoice has been paid. If you are purchasing custom items with RTS items, all items will ship together and will be based off the item with the longest TAT. If you want them to ship separately, you must place separate orders. 

TUMBLER CARE; 
-HAND WASH ONLY
-NOT dishwasher or microwave safe
-Do not soak (dry completely after washing. Do not air dry)
-Remove rubber bumpers prior to washing. Do not put back on until tumbler is completely dry
-Do not leave in extreme temperatures.

FRESHIE CARE;
-DO NOT consume
-Do NOT leave in extreme heat as they may melt
-Always hang freshies to avoid damage to surfaces

Please note that these items are handmade, and although I strive for perfection, sometimes there are slight imperfections that do not hinder the use of the product. This just makes your product perfectly imperfect, just for you!
